Job summary

Ben Sherman Ashford is seeking a part-time Supervisor to help drive sales and maintain exceptional visual merchandising across the store. The role supports the Assistant Manager, fosters a welcoming atmosphere, and ensures customer satisfaction in every shopping interaction.

You will assist in achieving KPIs, communicating product benefits, and promoting multi-channel options while upholding premium brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Purpose of the role:

To assist both the Store and Assistant Manager in driving consistent improvement to the stores sales, KPI’s and all other areas of measured success. To help retain, motivate and develop the team to drive the success of the store. To maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.
