About the Role

As a Bell & Door Team Member , you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey, creating exceptional first and last impressions while delivering warm, personalised service throughout each stay. Acting as an ambassador for the hotel, you will support guests with their arrival, departure, and day-to-day needs, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Salary - £26,500 per annum + service charge and benefits
