Behavioural Support Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Location: Telford

Start Date: ASAP

Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Do you have experience working with children with behavioural issues? We are seeking a highly experienced Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work full-time at a school in Telford.

Key responsibilities:
  • Preparing the classroom for lessons and cleaning up afterwards to maintain a safe environment
  • Assisting teachers with lesson materials and equipment
  • Recording and reporting pupils' progress
  • Helping pupils stay focused during lessons
  • Supervising group activities, sports events, and outings
  • Supporting teachers in managing student behaviour
  • Ensuring a healthy and safe learning environment
