Veritas Education Recruitment is urgently seeking a Behaviour Support Worker for a SEMH school in Orpington. The role runs on a daily rate of £110–£125 and starts September.
You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, de-escalate challenging behaviour, and work closely with teaching and pastoral teams to help students re-engage with education. Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work or similar, plus strong behaviour management and a calm, proactive approach are essential.
