Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking a confident Behaviour Support Worker for Lewisham specialist schools with a September start. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them re-engage with education and maintain calm environments.

Experience with challenging behaviour is essential. You will de-escalate incidents, work alongside teaching and pastoral teams, and join a supportive, experienced team with a daily rate of 110–120 per day.

• Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Calm, resilient and proactive approach.
• Available from September.
