Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a Behaviour TA for a primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm, starting in September and continuing through the school year.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs, helping them engage with learning in a well-resourced, supportive classroom backed by an experienced SLT.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour, ideally within a primary setting.
• Experience working with KS2 pupils.
• Understanding of behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to individual pupils’ needs.
• Professional and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

About the role

• Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
• Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
