Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs in a Sutton primary school on a full-time basis.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils engage positively with learning while working within well-resourced classrooms and with a collaborative staff team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour.
• Experience working with KS2 pupils.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.

• Collaborate with classroom staff and SLT to implement behaviour plans.

Are you an experienced TA with experience supporting children with challenging behaviour? SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton, and we're actively seeking a talented Behaviour TA to support pupils across KS2.

About the role:

• Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
• Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
• Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
• Supporting KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage positively with learning
• Well-resourced classrooms with strong, collaborative staff teams
• Backed by supportive and experienced Senior Leadership Teams (SLT)

• Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour, ideally within a primary setting
• Experience working with KS2 pupils
