Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking an experienced Behaviour TA to support KS2 pupils with challenging behaviour at a primary school on the borders of Croydon and Sutton. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4pm, with ongoing bookings starting in September and through the school year.

You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, using positive behaviour strategies to help pupils engage with learning.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with challenging or complex behaviour.
• Experience working with KS2 pupils.
• Good understanding of behaviour management and positive reinforcement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to pupil needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to KS2 pupils.
• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs.
• Collaborate with SLT and teaching staff.
• Implement behaviour strategies to promote engagement.
• Assist in maintaining a positive, well-ordered learning environment.

About the role:

• Behaviour TA position based at a primary school in Sutton
• Full time Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4pm
• Ongoing positions starting in September and throughout the school year
• Supporting KS2 pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
