Protocol Education Ltd. is recruiting a Behavioural Teaching Assistant for Sutton. The role focuses on supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs within a supportive school setting.

You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group assistance, help students engage with learning, and build positive relationships to promote development and achievement. This is a term-time, full-time position with competitive daily pay.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, young people, or individuals with behavioural needs preferred.
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach required.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills expected.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.

Behavioural Teaching Assistant Required in Sutton

A supportive and inclusive school in Sutton is seeking a dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, engagement, and academic progress, helping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
