Qualifications

Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour.
Knowledge of safeguarding and student welfare.
Ability to implement behaviour policy and restorative conversations.
Term-time only role with early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities

Managing the daily running of the Reflection Room.
Delivering targeted behaviour interventions and restorative conversations.
Monitoring behaviour trends and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating detentions and sanctions.
Working with pastoral leaders, teaching staff and parents.
Maintaining a visible presence around the school and reinforcing high standards.
Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
Have a good understanding of student welfare and safeguarding.
