Job summary

Exmouth Community College in Exmouth, Devon, is seeking a Behaviour Support Lead to support the management of the behaviour support rooms and help our students meet high expectations.

Working as part of the Culture and Behaviour team, you will contribute to a calm, productive environment and ensure pupils receive the support they need.

This full-time role is permanent and aligned with term-time hours (36.25 hours across 38 weeks per year).

Working as part of the Culture and Behaviour team and under the direction of the Culture and Behaviour lead, you will make a positive difference to our students by supporting the effective management of the behaviour support rooms. This is a very important and rewarding role in helping our students meet our high standards and expectations

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
