Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Student Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in CF40 to support pupils aged 11-16 with behavioural and additional needs. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible working and daily pay between £93 and £120, depending on role and experience.

Responsibilities include supporting students, building positive relationships with learners, assisting teachers, and promoting inclusive, constructive classroom environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent).

  • Able to build professional relationships and manage behaviour effectively.

Student Support Assistant – Secondary School (Behaviour Support)

Location: CF40

Pay: £93 - £120 per day (depending on role and experience)

The Role
