Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant in Bath to support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping with emotional regulation and behaviour, and promoting engagement in lessons.
The role involves building strong relationships with students and collaborating with teaching and SEN teams to foster independence and positive choices, term-time work pattern considered.
Location: Bath, BA2
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary, with potential for ongoing work
