Job summary

Education World Ltd is seeking dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to work in a specialist provision. The role suits individuals with experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour and a passion for helping them succeed.

You will support learners across academic and vocational subjects, assist teachers in creating a safe learning environment, and apply strategies to manage behaviour and promote engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching, or care settings.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to managing challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or already hold one on the Update Service)
