Teaching Personnel are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join a SEN specialist provision in Bedford. You will support students aged 11–16 (KS3/KS4) 1:1 or in small groups, helping them navigate social, emotional, and academic challenges to reintegrate into mainstream education or build essential life skills.
You'll work closely with teachers to design inclusive activities, develop ISPs, and use positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire (MK40 / MK41 / MK42)
Hours: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 15:30)
