Teaching Personnel is recruiting Behaviour Support Mentors to support pupils in specialist schools and alternative provisions across Stockport and Tameside. This is a September start opportunity for a Fresh Start with pupils who need SEMH support.

The role focuses on SEMH and behavioural needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, building positive relationships and boosting confidence. You will help create a safe, structured learning environment and make a lasting impact on young people's

• Experience in education or youth support is preferred.
• Patient, resilient and passionate about helping young people.
• Interest in SEMH and behaviour management is desirable.
