This small provision in Harrogate, catering to children with SEMH and SEND needs, is looking to appoint a passionate Behaviour Support Worker. Working full-time as part of an established team, the role involves working with pupils on a small group basis to promote attendance and educational values. The position is long-term and potentially permanent. Opportunities for training, including Team Teach, are available.

Requirements

• Experience working with children with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Experience working 1:1 with pupils or in small groups
• Passion for supporting children with SEMH and experience with dysregulation techniques
• Ability to work well in a team and uphold professional values
