Job summary

Kitts Green Academy in Birmingham is seeking a Behaviour & Resilience Practitioner to support pupils with SEMH needs in a specialist school setting. The role involves working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to provide consistent support inside and outside the classroom.

The successful candidate will help pupils develop confidence, resilience and strategies to engage with education, remaining calm under pressure and modeling positive behaviour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people
• Confidence supporting challenging behaviour

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
