Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 in a Bromley secondary school. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, work with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND, and help implement behaviour plans to improve engagement and outcomes.

The role focuses on promoting emotional regulation, de-escalation techniques and positive behaviours, with an immediate full-time start and a strong emphasis on attendance and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs.
• Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies.
• Available for full-time start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils aged 11–16 with targeted 1:1 and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SEND department.
• Implement behaviour support plans and promote emotional regulation.
• Encourage attendance and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
