Salary: Grade 4 point 10 - 14
£28,608 - £30,515 FTE (pro rata)
£24,390 to £26,016 actual starting salary based on experience
37 hours per week/39 weeks per year/term time plus 5 PD Days
8:30am - 4:15pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 4:00pm Friday (30mins unpaid lunch)
The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to manage the day to day running of the Behaviour Reflection Room. The role will include supervision of the students who require time away from the classroom due to behavioural incidents. The role focuses on reflection, intervention and reintegration, ensuring students learn from their actions and develop positive behaviours.
