Oakwood School is seeking an exceptional Behaviour Manager to lead the operational delivery of our behaviour systems and interventions.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced behaviour professional who is passionate about helping young people succeed and who has the skills to lead, coordinate and develop effective behaviour support across the school.
As Behaviour Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our high standards of behaviour are implemented consistently, enabling all students to learn in a calm, safe and purposeful environment.
This post is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract ending on 31 August 2028 in the first instance, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent subject to organisational requirements and funding.

To coordinate and lead the operational delivery of the school's behaviour systems, ensuring consistent application of behaviour expectations and effective intervention for students requiring additional support. The postholder will manage behaviour support staff, be a highly visible presence, coordinate interventions and investigations and work closely with school leaders, pastoral teams and families to improve student conduct, engagement and outcomes.
