Alton Park Junior School is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join its caring community. You will implement behaviour strategies across the school and provide direct support during challenging moments to help pupils feel safe, valued and engaged.
Working 27.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks), 8:45am – 3:15pm, you will collaborate with teachers and parents, maintain records and promote restorative approaches to conflict resolution.
