Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Cheshunt, Broxbourne. The role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, working with support staff to keep lessons on track and providing feedback to teachers and parents.

You will assist students with Autism, SEMH, ADHD and other learning needs, helping them reach their potential. This is a great entry point for graduates looking to move into teaching.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and mentoring manner.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
• You will be expected to think on your feet and be proactive, no day is the same in a school, so being prepared is vital.
• Ability to form excellent relationships and rapport with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
