Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a secondary school in Cheshunt, Broxbourne. The role involves supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis, working with support staff to keep lessons on track and providing feedback to teachers and parents.

You will assist students with Autism, SEMH, ADHD and other learning needs, helping them reach their potential. This is a great entry point for graduates looking to move into teaching.

Behaviour Mentor Required for Secondary School in Cheshunt

About the role:

This Behaviour Mentor role is based in a supportive secondary school in Broxbourne. They are seeking educators to work with a wide range of needs, from children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs to more Sensory Behavioural Difficulties linked to Autism.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality mentors to work with these schools to positively impact the progress and attainment of their pupils.
