Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group Ltd in London is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join its pastoral support team in Camden on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. You will work with students across KS3 and KS4, providing one-to-one and small-group support to help manage behaviour and stay engaged with learning.

Experience in education or youth work is desirable; candidates with SEN/SEMH/ASC/ADHD experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, youth work or pastoral settings is desirable.
• Experience with SEMH, ASC or ADHD is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, patience and resilience are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help students manage behaviour.
• Support students to develop positive relationships and stay engaged with learning.
• Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams and SEN staff to identify barriers to learning.
• Assist with behaviour interventions and helping reintegration into lessons.
