Job summary

Qualiteach Education Group in Enfield is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join its pastoral support team on a long-term basis starting ASAP. You will work in a mainstream secondary school in Enfield, supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with behaviour, wellbeing and engagement.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping students develop strategies to manage their behaviour, build positive relationships and stay engaged with lessons.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, youth work or pastoral settings is desirable.
• Experience with SEMH, ASC, ADHD or challenging behaviour would be advantageous.
• Patience, resilience and strong communication with young people.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group behaviour support for students.
• Help students develop strategies to manage behaviour and stay engaged.
• Work with teachers and pastoral teams to reintegrate students into lessons.
• Deliver behaviour interventions and mentoring sessions as needed.
