Job summary

The Education Network is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students at a PRU in Walsall. You will provide 1-2-1 and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and re-engage with learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-2-1 and small group support for KS3 & 4 students.
• Support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours.
• Help students manage behaviour and engage with learning.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Monitoring and reporting on behaviour and student progress.
• Assist teachers with behaviour management in lessons.
• Work closely with pastoral teams and support staff.
