Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Wigan is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support / 1:1 SEMH TA to support children with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and help create an inclusive classroom.

In this role you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and support personal care in a supportive, nurturing environment. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEMH children is preferred but not essential.
• Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service / or commitment to apply

Empowering Learning are working closely with a vibrant behavioural school, supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties in Wigan. The ideal candidate should be resilient and confident supporting children with Autism ASD, Dyslexia, ADHD, Challenging Behaviours.

Your Role

Location Wigan, Greater Manchester

Full-time/ day to day 8:20 AM - 3:05 PM

Pay £16.79 per hour
