Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, develop positive behaviours and reach their full potential? Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive secondary school in Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with young people who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, engagement or social challenges.

The Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour and engage positively with school life.

• Providing 1:1 and small-group mentoring and support

• Experience working in secondary schools, behaviour support, youth work, pastoral care, SEMH settings, residential care or similar environments would be highly beneficial.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour, emotional regulation, SEMH needs or disengagement from education.
