Job summary

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support secondary students across Gloucestershire. The role focuses on helping students improve behaviour, build confidence, and succeed academically in a school setting.

You will collaborate with teachers, design tailored behaviour plans, and monitor progress while maintaining open communication with families and school staff. The position is full-time, five days a week, with daily pay, and requires safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
• Patient, resilient and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service, or willingness to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support students in managing their behaviour and making positive choices.
• Develop and deliver personalised behaviour support plans.

• Liaise with parents and carers to build positive communication and support.

Job Overview

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools across Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour, build confidence and succeed academically. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students facing behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school.
