Job summary

Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for full-time, long-term and day-to-day supply work across Wandsworth. You will support students who may experience behavioural, emotional or social challenges, helping them develop positive behaviours and confidence in education.

You will work closely with teachers and school staff to provide effective support, build trusting relationships, manage challenging behaviour calmly, and contribute to a positive learning environment for all

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A patient, calm and supportive approach.
• Confident managing challenging behaviour.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
• Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: £95 - £110 per day
