Job summary

Supply Staff Ltd in Surrey is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support secondary students who face behavioural challenges. You will work with teachers and parents to implement positive strategies, monitor progress and help pupils build confidence and resilience.

This full-time long-term role offers daily pay between £95 and £110, with DBS on Update Service preferred. Experience in similar roles and strong communication are valued, along with commitment to safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioural mentoring or similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.
• Patience, resilience and a positive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
• Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.

This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour, build confidence and succeed academically. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students facing behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school. You will also work alongside teachers, parents and wider school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
