Job summary

Beacon Hill Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our Leadership Team. You will drive a whole-school behaviour strategy, lead targeted interventions, and support staff with behaviour management.

This role includes line management, training delivery, data analysis and engagement with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in school behaviour management.
• Ability to lead targeted interventions and drive a whole-school strategy.
• Experience engaging with families and external agencies.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the school-wide behaviour strategy.
• Provide line management and training to staff.
• Analyse behaviour data to inform practice and policy.
• Engage with families, external agencies and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
