Beacon Hill Academy, part of Dudley Academies Trust, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our Leadership Team. You will drive a whole-school behaviour strategy, lead targeted interventions, and support staff with behaviour management.

This role includes line management, training delivery, data analysis and engagement with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.

Qualificações

• Experience in school behaviour management.

• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures.

Beacon Hill Academy are seeking a passionate Behaviour Manager to join our team, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive a whole-school behaviour strategy. You will lead targeted interventions, support staff with behaviour management, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

This role includes line management, delivering training, analysing data, and engaging with families and external agencies. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners.
