Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Bristol is seeking a Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs. The role is full-time (term-time options) with immediate/september starts, offering daily pay rates of £92–£105 and long-term placement potential.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils engage with learning, regulate emotions and follow routines while collaborating with teachers and pastoral teams.

Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant - SEMH School (Bristol)

Full‑Time | Term‑Time Only | Long‑Term Role

£92‑£105 per day | Immediate / September Starts

We are working with specialist SEMH schools across Bristol seeking Behaviour & Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.

This role involves supporting pupils who require additional help with behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in education. You will play a key role in helping young people develop positive routines, build confidence and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in behaviour, mental health, child development and specialist education.

The Role
