You will monitor student behaviour, attendance, engagement and achievement, implement interventions, and report progress to the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the school's Internal Alternative Provision.
• Monitor student behaviour, attendance, engagement and achievement, and implement/intervene accordingly.
• Track and analyse behaviour and attainment data, identify trends, and provide regular SLT reports.
• Support effective reintegration into mainstream education and collaborate with staff to promote sustained improvements.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for pupils during periods of change with a sensitive, nurturing approach.
