Job summary

The Lensbury is seeking a Beauty/Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional guest service at our riverside spa. You will contribute to a smooth day-to-day spa operation and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards.

We value passion for guest experiences, a professional, friendly approach, and strong communication. You will work both independently and as part of a team in a supportive leisure and hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional, positive and friendly approach.
• Strong knowledge of current health and beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

About Us

The Role

As a Beauty/Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality treatments, ensure outstanding customer care throughout each guest's spa journey, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

Treatments & Experience

The ideal candidate will be experienced in:

• Facials
• Body treatments
• Massage therapies
• Manicures, Pedicures and Gel applications
• Waxing
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
