Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for Selfridges Trafford. This full-time role supports the Business Manager on counter operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will lead by example, coach the team, and help grow the customer base while maintaining high standards of merchandising and grooming. A passion for beauty and proven retail leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet/exceed targets and KPIs.
• Assist the Business Manager in setting sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to the company’s performance.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
• Coach team to ensure CT standards in service and artistry.
• Expand the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
• Develop individual and team plans with regular reviews and feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture through meetings and collaborative management.
• Propose plans, events and activities to unlock commercial success.
• Maintain immaculate visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene.
• Uphold grooming standards to inspire the team.
