Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for the Lakeside H Beauty counter. You will lead a small team, drive sales, and champion exceptional customer service while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising.

You will partner with the Business Manager to deliver strong store performance, support development plans, and ensure the counter operates efficiently in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store financial results and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support Business Manager to set sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
• Coach team to meet Charlotte Tilbury standards in service and artistry.
• Extend customer service beyond in-store experience and drive direct marketing opportunities.
• Develop plans and conduct regular reviews with two-way feedback and coaching.
• Create a positive, cooperative in-store culture through meetings and collaboration.
• Propose plans, events, and activities to unlock commercial success.
• Maintain immaculate visual merchandising, counter cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
