This is a Beauty Expert position.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Expert, you will deliver exciting and unique services to all customers. You’ll maximize sales opportunities by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, and winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties for Beauty Expert include:

1. Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales targets through customer engagement and product demonstrations.
2. Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
3. Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity activities.
4. Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
5. Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.

Qualifications
