Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales, you should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include

• Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals by connecting with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to become a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Support team members to meet all counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Events: Assist with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Keep the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
