Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Beauty Concierge to join its thriving Beauty department in London – Knightsbridge. About the role…

• Show passion for our store, it’s products and services, demonstrating a genuine interest in Beauty
• Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and over the phone or email
• Manage a VIP client list, creating and developing relationships on the way
• Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences
• Be creative and come up with new and innovative ideas
