We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Concierge to join our highly successful team at our Covent Garden Hotel. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident and an engaging communicator, ensuring inspirational service is delivered to our guests. Working as part of our front office team, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operation of the concierge desk
• Oversee all arrivals and departures to the hotel
• Manage all guest requests efficiently
