Disrupt Talent is seeking a Sales Executive to join the beauty team, driving sales of exhibition stands and sponsorships for the London show and supporting international events. Most leads are warm from marketing and inbound inquiries, with a focus on nurturing them to close.

You’ll manage discovery calls, walk clients through floor plans and pricing, and upsell packages, while maintaining Salesforce and chasing targets. A base salary plus bonus and commission, with travel and growth prospects.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Track record of hitting or beating targets.
• Interest in the beauty industry is a plus (not essential).
• Confident on the phone, a good listener and personable.
• Comfortable pushing for a decision and adaptable with international clients.
• Event/international sales experience or a second language is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Following up warm leads by email and phone, and running discovery calls with beauty brands.
• Walking clients through floor plans and pricing, then creating urgency to get a decision.
• Upselling sponsorship, onsite branding and year-round digital packages.
• Re-engaging past leads and spotting new brands.
• Attending competitor shows and working onsite at client events.
• Keeping your pipeline up to date in Salesforce.
