Wella Account Manager in the UK region oversees a territory of 120–150 accounts, driving growth through disciplined journey planning and daily calls. You’ll consult with salon partners, leverage our product portfolio, and aim to elevate their business and customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, fast-paced approach, strong communication, and a genuine passion for beauty to deliver value to partners and drive brand success.

Qualifications

• At least 12–15 months direct field-based sales experience.
• Experience using a consultative approach to grow salon business.
• Highly organised with a high level of discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Digitally savvy with knowledge of beauty trends.
• Accountable for territory success; proactive and driven.
• Able to beat competition with fast, new ideas and high pace.

Responsabilités

• Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for the territory and brands.
• Partner with hairdressers to develop salon business via action plans.
• Attract new clients and drive client loyalty.
• Grow spend per client and optimise salon operations.
• Improve salon image using our tools and digital apps.
