Job summary

The Wella Company in the United Kingdom seeks an Account Manager to drive growth across 120-150 salon accounts. You’ll visit a mix of existing and prospect accounts daily, using a consultative approach to grow their business with our product portfolio and services.

Applicants should have 12–15 months of direct field sales experience in FMCG or salons, a strong discipline, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role with ownership of your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales in FMCG or ideally selling in salons.
• Experience of contracting and negotiation.
• Strong consultative sales approach and business development mindset.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for territory turnover and number of buying accounts.
• Partner with hairdressers to develop salon business through action plans to attract new clients and grow spend per client.
• Improve salon image and equity using our portfolio and digital tools.
