Wella Company is seeking a National Account Educator to drive education strategy across the UK & Ireland, partnering with key salons and our sales team. You will deliver in-salon, studio, and virtual education to inspire color and care expertise while elevating brand advocacy.

You bring a licensed hair professional background, strong social media presence, and the ability to travel, train, and develop salon owners and stylists to grow education reach and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Valid Hairdresser/Cosmetology license with a minimum 2-year salon experience.
• Excellent use of social media for customers and team communication.
• Self-management and ability to plan own time/area/route.
• Demonstrate organized, solution-oriented thinking & actions.

Responsibilities

• Cover high-potential customers with engaging education online and in-salon.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support customers through their career path.
• Become a passionate advocate endorsing Wella Education.
• Strengthen the community of hair professionals worldwide.
