The Canford on the South Coast is recruiting a Commis Chef to join a friendly, fast-paced kitchen team. You will contribute to delivering quality fish and seafood dishes and support the kitchen with energetic, hands‑on participation.

Competenze

• Experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Porter, or seeking a hospitality start to progress.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing cooking skills in a busy kitchen.
