The Canford, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen on the South Coast. We value passion for fresh food, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach within a friendly, beachside environment with clear opportunities to grow.

You will work with the Head Chef to develop menus, mentor juniors, manage rota and health and safety, and contribute to sales growth. Perks include meals, pension, holidays, and staff discounts.
