Job Description:

Location: City of London Type: Full-time, Office-Based

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech company that’s transforming how businesses make international payments. They combine a powerful, intuitive platform with exceptional customer service to support clients ranging from mid-sized firms to large institutions.

The Role:

This is a pure outbound sales role focused on new business generation.

  • 100 dials per day target – even senior team members do this
  • Full training provided for those new to the sector
  • Close simple deals within the first few months
  • Shadow and learn for 12–18 months to handle complex, high-value deals
  • Candidates with financial services or institutional sales experience (e.g., PE, VC) can ramp up quickly to close their own deals

Industries they work with:

Import/export, hospitality, travel, institutional firms, and more - any business with regular international payment needs.

Who You Are:

  • Outbound sales or business development experience
  • Resilient, driven, and KPI-focused
  • Confident speaking to senior decision-makers
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or institutional sales is a plus (but not required)

Working Pattern:

  • 8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, in the office (at least for the first year)
  • Hybrid flexibility available after year one for high performers

Compensation: very attractive package and above market commission structure

Other: Sponsorship considered for truly exceptional candidates
